You're invited to THE LOCAL FUND celebration event

Wednesday 11th November 2026 | St Mark's Church, Harrogate | 12pm - 2pm

Join us as we celebrate the impact of THE LOCAL FUND across the Harrogate district. It is a real pleasure to invite you to our Celebration Event on Wednesday 11th November 2026, from 12pm at St Mark's Church, Harrogate.

This special afternoon, sponsored by McInroy & Wood, is an opportunity for us to come together and celebrate the positive impact community organisations have on the health and wellbeing of local people and communities across the Harrogate district. We are delighted to be hosting the event at St Mark's Church, one of the organisations funded by THE LOCAL FUND, and look forward to sharing conversation, laughter and a delicious lunch with you.

In 2026, THE LOCAL FUND distributed £89,005 to 19 community groups across the district. You can read more about the latest funding round here.

This celebration is a chance to for community groups, and those supporting the fund, to connect with others, reflect on the impact of the collaborative  work, and recognise the contribution being made in our communities

Alongside food, drinks and plenty of time to meet and catch up, we'll be hosting informal round table discussions where people can share experiences, discuss challenges, exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration. It's a chance to learn from one another, spark new thinking and contribute your perspectives to conversations about community life across the Harrogate district and the shape of THE LOCAL FUND.

When registering, please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies so that we can cater for everyone appropriately.

We do hope you can join us.
