Celebrate the start of spring with a stunning four course dinner at Gather, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, where a selection of Two Rivers Wines has been carefully paired with dishes created by Chef Ran of Gather, Rydges Hunter Valley.

Each course is designed to bring out the best in what's in your glass, from the season's first pour to museum releases. It's a night to slow down, taste something new, and toast the arrival of budburst and the warmer weather.

1. Cancellations made within 7 days of event are unable to be refunded. Cancellations made 8 days prior or earlier will be refunded 50% of ticket price (i.e. excludes processing fee).
