UCEA Reward Network - April 2024

Are you responsible for pay and rewards in your Higher Education Institution? Then connect with other Higher Education pay and rewards professionals in UCEA’s new Reward Network.

The Reward Network will be online using Microsoft Teams at 10:00 am on Thursday 18 April and will run for approximately an hour and a half, finishing no later than 11.30 am. 

We would expect Network group participants to be the most senior person responsible for strategic pay and reward issues in their HEI. The network group discussions will be at a senior level and we anticipate that participants can speak with authority about their HEI’s approach to strategic pay and reward issues.

To ensure that as many HEIs as possible have access to places, whilst ensuring that discussions can take place, the maximum number of attendees for this meeting is 25, and is limited to one per HEI.

When booking places, you now have the option of paying online by credit card (note our online booking system indicates the ticket as £49). You can of course be invoiced for the £49 attendance fee (note our online booking system indicates the invoice ticket as £0, you will be invoiced for £49).

Please be aware that if you use the “Add to calendar” function when you confirm your booking it will generate a TicketTailor link that will not enable you to join the event. The only valid link to access the event is the Teams link that will be sent to you by email from events@ucea.ac.uk no later than Wednesday 17 April. If you cannot locate an email from events@ucea.ac.uk please check your email ‘spam/junk’ filter. Otherwise, email events@ucea.ac.uk so that we can send you the correct link.
