UCEA Reward Network - May 2025 - Is there a problem with Total Reward Statements in HE?

Event Overview

Are you responsible for pay and reward in your Higher Education Institution? Then enrich your knowledge of Reward in Higher Education by connecting with other reward professionals at UCEA’s Reward Network meetings.

What to expect? This session will revisit the concepts of Total Reward (TR) and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through the lens of a model Total Reward Statement (TRS).

Discussions will centre on how participants inform employees, or face challenges in informing them, of the benefits of working in Higher Education.

Participants should be prepared to summarise how their HEI already promote their EVP and any use of Total Reward Statements and share any sense of employee attitudes towards working in HE.

This is your chance to learn from peers, including UCEA’s Head of Reward and Research, whilst shaping the discussion on EVPs and the Employee Experience in HE.
