UCEA Employee Experience (Ex) Peer Support Group
Event Overview
Following previous meetings of UCEA’s EX Peer Support Group, we are delighted to invite you to the next online meeting.
Who should attend
This peer support group is open to HR Directors and Organisational Development leads actively working on Employee Experience within their HEIs. The session provides a confidential and supportive space to share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from peers implementing EX initiatives in higher education.
Facilitator
Each session is facilitated by a member of the EX Reference Group who has direct experience of implementing EX initiatives within their own institution
The session will be facilitated by Mark Latuske, Director of Employee Experience - People and Culture at Ulster University, and a member of UCEA’s EX Reference Group.
Session format
This will continue to be an interactive forum, and participants are encouraged to come prepared to share experiences, challenges, and any areas where support or lessons learned may be sought.
Attendance Fee
A nominal fee of £49 (VAT free) applies to participate.
