PLEASE NOTE: The cost is now confirmed for this trip. In order for the trip to run a student number threshold must be reached, so please pay your deposit to ensure the event runs. Should the threshold not be reached and the summit be cancelled, deposits will be repaid to students.  Students that graduate in summer 2026 or summer 2027 are still eligible to apply. An immersive educational experience exclusively designed for UCFB students exploring career pathways in professional sports through behind-the-scenes access to New York’s top sporting franchises

This 5-day (4 nights) programme runs exclusively in partnership with major New York sporting franchises to give UCFB students a unique 'behind the scenes' look at how these power-house organisations operate, thrive, run and succeed. You'll gain invaluable insider knowledge of diverse career pathways within professional sports, from ticketing and marketing to retail, academy operations, events and sports presentation and media roles, with visits to key sites like Madison Square Garden, Sports Illustrated Stadium, and a stunning game-day experience at a major sporting event with either the New York Knicks or New York Giants.*

To include:

• All return flights to and from NY
• Meet and greet at the airport
• Accommodation + breakfast every morning
• Evening meals TBC
• Luxury coach transfers
• Venatour Sports Travel Tour Manager throughout the entirety of your trip
• ‘Fans for a Day’ and tickets to a major NBA, NFL , MLH, MLB and/or game-day in New York + stadium tour
• Sightseeing & walking tour of New York
• ‘Behind the Scenes’ – an opportunity to get up-close with major NBA Basketball, NFL American Football, MLH, MLB and MLS franchises, to see how these power-houses of sport operate, thrive and succees
• ‘Behind the scenes’ with key personnel from the NBA, NFL, MLH, MLB & MLS to talk through their own journey and ‘route to success’
• An experiential day with a leading Tech/AI & Virtual Reality company in USA to demonstrate how AI & Virtual Reality have become so significant in the business of sport, and the career opportunities they have created
• End of trip celebration dinner

COST: £2,100 - a £350, non-refundable (should the student drop out) deposit is to be paid first, with the balance then payable in instalments (or can be paid in one go if required). DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BY MIDDAY (12PM) ON MONDAY, APRIL 20TH
