Join us, in this Coronation Year, for a magical night of classical music as the UK Proms in the Park Tour comes to Windsor.

This unmissable experience will feature all the classics from the 'Last night of the proms' along with favourite pieces from the movies performed by the UK Proms Orchestra and a host of special guests.  

With the late summer sun setting and the sounds of classical music filling the night sky it is sure to be an evening to remember.

Gates open: 5:30pm 

Performance starts: 7pm

Show finishes: 10pm

Children

Children under the age of 12 are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Strictly a maximum of 3 children per adult.

Disability and Assistance 

Carers are admitted free of charge when accompaning someone with a disability who has purchased a ticket. Proof of disability (e.g Blue Badge) is required on entering the arena. Strictly one carer per purchased ticket.

There will also be free disability car parking with easy access to the arena. 

Other Information

Please note that this is an outdoor, picnic style event so no chair is provided (excluding VIP Enclosure), but you are very welcome to bring your own camp chair, etc. with you. 

As this is an outdoor event we are at the mercy of the weather and the show will go ahead unless we deem the weather as a safety risk. So please come prepared for whatever the elements may be. 

Food and drink: You are very welcome to bring your own picnic to the event, however alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the arena as per site policy. There will be a large selection of bars and food vendors available on site.  

Car parking: Car parking is available on site. We ask for a minimum £5 donation per car towards the our nominated charity.
