TICKETS CLOSE 4TH FEB

Plenty of new prop exhibitors, activities, cosplay and guests to update soon.

Entry is EITHER from 10am ( top tickets as scroll down) OR 11.30AM OR 1PM to stage arrivals and ease capacity each day.

Please choose the time you wish to arrive from so if prefer to arrival after lunch choose 1pm options.

We have booked a marquee for arrivals which you enter as reach for check in and covid passports so this will greatly improve the queue system at busy times and staged numbers below capacity so choosing an arrival time will help us keep things running more smoothly however SUNDAY is the quieter day for the event if would prefer to choose one less busy.

On the door tickets will only be available later in the day subject to capacity only so 

Weekend passes are now available but you will need to show photo identification each day on arrival please ( each person under your booking will have a lanyard with their name and do their own covid passport on arrival then day 2 will show identification with their lanyard to bypass that stage in the queue)

Carer options for individuals who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, invisible or other types of disabilities are all taken into consideration for extra support. We hope you can understand that we have to ensure that the right people are able to receive help at the show so we require evidence in the format of one of the below documents to be shown upon entrance with your valid entry ticket.

• Disability Living Allowance (DLA) award letter
• Attendance Allowance (AA) award letter
• Blind Persons Registration
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Armed Forces Independence Payment
• A current and valid Blue Badge (photocopy of both sides)
• A medical letter from your doctor or consultant explaining your reasons for needing extra assistance

We will email full info closer to the event so up to date as can change daily regarding covid guidelines so today 19th Jan covid passports were stopped before our event date so its no longer required for this event at present.

No refunds 

Parking is free onsite but do car share where possible as a busy show...parking is being managed this event by stewards from 9am onwards with disabled parking available.

Catering is now 2 cafes one in the conference room this time serving lighter snacks so more space and options plus outdoor catering all contracted by the venue.

Of the 2 days Sunday is calmer but please check if wanting to meet guests attending which prefer.

Traders with Comics, merchandise, clothing and collectables trade all weekend.

The Cosplay zone and stage will have an indoor meet up 1.30pm with Somerset Cosplayers if wet outside if not it will be outdoors so check on the day.

Cosplay comp 3pm and sign up in the cosplay zone when arrive as limited spaces.
