Join the UK Electronics Skills Foundation for a fun, engaging introduction to Electronics for 9-11 year olds. We’ll get your child talking in a live online introductory session and then provide you with physical components and digital resources for your child to create working ‘bots’. They’ll design, code, build and test their ‘bots’ which will move in response to noise, before communicating their work.

With comprehensive support for parents throughout, this programme has been created by qualified teachers and is designed to build children’s confidence, skills and vocabulary through a positive, hands-on and cross-curricular experience of Electronics.

Please note, your children will also need scissors and thin card or paper to build their bots, plus each child will need access to a micro:bit and a laptop or tablet to code.

One ticket per home education group

This programme is completely free to home educating families in the UK and includes a set of components for each child taking part.
