Akke Rahman Raises for Children of Gaza & Palestine, Bangladesh Floods

We will delve into the heartbreaking situation of the children of Gaza, sharing facts and figures to shed light on their daily struggles. The Palestinian issue is one of the most pressing humanitarian crises of our time, and it’s crucial to understand the depth of this struggle. Millions of Palestinian children live under constant fear, with limited access to essential services like healthcare, clean water, and education. The event aims to humanize their plight, foster empathy, and inspire action.

In addition to the crisis in Gaza, we will also discuss the devastating impact of the recent Bangladesh floods. These floods have displaced thousands of families, destroyed homes, and disrupted livelihoods. The people of Bangladesh are facing a humanitarian emergency, with many in desperate need of food, clean water, and shelter. This segment of the event will highlight the resilience of the Bangladeshi people and the urgent need for global support to aid in their recovery and rebuild affected communities.

  The event will be hosted by the charismatic Ajmal Masroor, renowned for his ability to engage and inspire audiences. With his dynamic presence, he will ensure the event flows smoothly and that every moment is both informative and entertaining.

  Islam was born in Gaza and grew up among its people. Islam, like her father, the psychologist Riyad Al-Ashi, had a great passion for studying the English language and human development and teaching it to others. Islam studied the bachelor’s degree in the English language and graduated from the Islamic University in Gaza. After her graduation, she worked in UNRWA schools. She also worked as a translation teacher at the British Academy of Languages in Gaza. Her ambition did not stop there, but she searched and communicated with international bodies via the Internet to try to travel and achieve her dream of training people in the field of human development. Islam began training hundreds of young people in Gaza in the field of human development and hosted… Islam traveled to several countries to attend many conferences, including in Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia. Islam received many international certificates and awards in response to her wonderful efforts that she provided to the youth of Palestine in Gaza, the most important of which was the Shield of Courage in 2014 in Jordan.

  Then she applied for a master’s degree at Coventry University in Britain, and Islam worked in the field of teaching English at the University of Liverpool, and some English schools. Then she married, gave birth, and settled in Britain.

  Islam has lived through all the brutal wars in Gaza, including the 2008 war and the 2014 war, but the most important of them was the last war on Gaza, which is still raging to this moment. Islam had a share of it.

Akke Rahman has repeatedly put the welfare of others above his own comfort and safety, risking his life in the harshest conditions to bring attention to those who suffer in silence. At this event, he will share his journey, the challenges he faced, and the motivation that keeps him going. This is a chance to support and cheer him on as he continues this incredible mission.
