Course outline

This two-week intensive Ukrainian for beginners course is designed to give participants the opportunity to learn the basics of the Ukrainian language and discover more about Ukraine’s culture in a short period of time. We will focus in particular on the practical use of the language in everyday situations. The course will cover reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, with a greater focus on speaking practice. The course will lay the foundation for further study of the Ukrainian language. On completion of the course the participants are expected to achieve the equivalent of Level A1.1.

You will be taught by teachers who are highly qualified and experienced in teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language. Small class sizes (up to 8 participants) will allow maximum involvement of all learners and greater guidance from the teacher.
