Join the Carolinas Ragin' Cajun Club as we celebrate Mardi Gras at Boudreaux's! Registration payment includes your choice of gumbo and entree, as well as a non-alcoholic beverage.
Choice of gumbo cup served with cornbread:
Seafood Gumbo is made with shrimp, crawfish and okra.
Gumbo Yaya is made with chicken and Andouille sausage.
Choice of entrée:
Jambalaya – shrimp, crawfish, chicken, Andouille sausage simmered with rice in zesty tomato Creole sauce.
Etouffee – shrimp and crawfish with trinity and spices in Cajun roux, served over simple long grain rice.
Shrimp and Grits – Shrimp and Andouille sausage sautéed with trinity in wine with butter and spices, served over low-country cheddar cheese grits.
Registration deadline is February 26 at 12:00 PM.
