Know Before You Go

The Urban League of Rochester is thrilled to welcome you to our 60th Anniversary Love & Legacy Gala, presented by KeyBank, this Friday, February 14th! The evening promises to be an inspiring celebration, and we are so excited to have you join us in commemorating this monumental milestone. The cocktail hour begins at 5:45pm and this is a black-tie affair. Programs begins at 7:05PM sharp.

Included here are some important details to know before you go. Please review and share with your guests who are also attending!

VENUE

The event will be held at the Joseph A. Floreano Convention Center at 123 E. Main Street, Rochester, NY 14604.

PARKING

Please note that the front of the Convention Center is currently under construction. This means you will only be able to enter through the parking garage. Parking will be available in the Convention Center garage and will be validated.

ATTIRE

This is a black-tie affair, so come dressed in your very best! There will be a coat room for you to check your coats upon entering.

REGISTRATION

Registration will be on the first floor. Please check-in when you arrive so we can account that you are here and inform you of your table number. Once you have registered, you will make your way to the Lilac Ballroom for our Cocktail Hour. Enjoy an open bar, photo booths, live entertainment and a red carpet!

COCKTAIL HOUR

Doors open at 5:30pm and registration will be located in the Galleria, the Convention Center’s lobby. The Cocktail Hour will run from 5:45pm-6:45pm, when we will transition to Empire North Ballroom for the main program by 7:00pm. There will be an elevator accessible, as well as escalators in the lobby.

VIP RECEPTION | BY INVITATION ONLY

If you have been invited to our VIP Reception from 5:45pm-6:45pm, our registration attendants will direct you to the Riverside Court where you will enjoy a short program. We will transition to the Empire North Ballroom by 7:00pm.

MAIN PROGRAM

The main program will begin promptly at 7:05pm in the Empire North Ballroom with a special performance from The Wiz. This portion of the evening will include a gourmet meal, awards presentation and live entertainment.

The evening will conclude at 11pm - arrive ready to dance the night away!
