UFest & Circus 5th July 2025

UFest 5th July 2025; Circus Themed and a Circus Performance.

This year UFest will take a slightly different direction with tickets available for UFest Standalone, or for the Circus Event (3 throughout the day with dedicated time slots). It will be the last event by the current PTA Committee who are stepping down at the AGM in September 2025. Doors open at 11:15 for first Circus Show and UFest from 12pm. UFest ends at 5pm and food/games stalls will start to close from 15:30 when the last show has started. 

TICKETS:

Circus Tickets:

- You can purchase individual tickets or family tickets

- Infants under 3 to sit on laps are added after you have purchased your other tickets. Maximum 1 infant per adult ticket.

- Children aged 3 and over will be asked to sit at the front with adults seated behind (to try to provide the most emersive experience!)

Ufest Only Tickets & Entry:

- You can purchase UFest tickets on the door or online under the UFEST ONLY event. Entry from 12pm. We cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase Circus Tickets on the day. You can purchase Standalone tickets here:

Food/Stalls/Vendors on the day:

- Circus Workshops

- Circus Themed Games (School Class Stalls and subject to volunteers

- Krav4Kids demonstration stall

- Book sales stall (Katey's Corner)

- Tombola and raffle (volunteer depending and will start at 12:30 and will be first come first serve. Raffle Prize draw will happen around 15:30).

- Swing Boats

- Bungie Trampoline

- Playhouse (softplay)

- Games trailer and side stall

- Glitter Tattoos/face painting (subject to volunteer availability)

- Donuts & Candyfloss from Klassic Donuts

- Pizza from "The Little Pizzeria" *updated*

- Burgers/Hot Dogs/Chips/fish and chips from ADHD Hospitality 

- Alcoholic Beverages from Twisted Trailer Bar

- Ice Cream Van

- PTA Sweet/Drinks/Popcorn

- African Drumming Performance and Workshop

All funds raised will go towards the benefit of the school with the major project being a total refurbishment of the school dining hall (which we have been saving for).
