The Findhorn Money Game returns to St Ethelburgas, London. Friday 27th March, 1:30pm-4:30pm

An opportunity to play with your money demons in a light and brave space, finding clarity whilst grounding yourself in your relationship to money.

What to expect
There are many norms, rules and beliefs about money that are often unspoken. Because talking about money can be taboo we rarely get to examine these individually or collectively.

The Findhorn Money Game was developed to help people in all financial situations understand their feelings, experiences and beliefs about money, enabling each one of us to take the first step in uncovering our conscious and unconscious relationship to money, whilst learning how to practice living and working well together. As a recent participant shared ‘I played the Money Game as part of Jelly Open for Art yesterday and honestly had no clue what I was walking into. But it turned out to be one of the funniest, most unexpectedly memorable things I've done in a while...

...The game originally came out of the Findhorn Community in Scotland, and it's part play, part reflection, part gentle chaos. It uses real money, but it's not about finance, it's about freedom, trust, and how we show up.

If you ever get the chance, play it. It's weird, wonderful and a little bit magic’ Matt Whitelock 💸✨

Who is this for?

Everyone.

~ Because everyone has a conscious and unconscious relationship to money.

~ Because we love running events for people across all ages, gender, race, culture, industry and society.

~ Because examining money in the company of others is one of the most playful, radical and rooted ways we know for achieving individual and collective clarity, and, a welcome sense of liberation.

Many players of the Money Game come back a second, third and even fourth time. Join us on 27 March.

Ticket Price
As a standard ticket price we suggest £39.

If that is not possible and you would really like to participate, please email Natasha at tash@unassumingradicals.com with the fee that you would like to pay.

If you are able to joyfully donate more than £39, that is also very welcome and will help us to make this Money Game as inclusive as possible for those on lower incomes.

Your Facilitators

Agnes Otzelberger
I'm a therapist, trainer and coach who loves working with activists, artists and agitators of all kinds who want to find better ways to show up for the world, including themselves. A lot of what I do is about helping people and collectives liberate their creative, transformative potential by leaning into precisely those parts of ourselves that we're least fond of - our shadow. For me, money work is one of the most beautiful, juicy and powerful ways to do that. https://www.ao-therapy.com/

Jo Woods
I work in publishing and have been a long-time advocate for regenerative business. I am on the board of the London Doughnut Economy Coalition and have been examining my relationship to money since 2018.

Natasha Stallard
Money work is one of the most joyful and direct routes I know for subtly and dramatically subverting the status quo.

What brings me alive is seeing the joy, lightness and relief as individuals, and, groups step into a variety of new and progressive ways to work and live.  www.unassumingradicals.com

About St Ethelburgas
St Ethelburgas was destroyed by an IRA bomb in 1993 and resurrected as a centre for reconciliation and peace in 2002. St Ethelburgas is a symbol of hope from the ashes. A beautiful and tranquil oasis in the busyness of the City of London
