About 'Flying In Nuanced Colours'

Launched as part of London Design Festival 2024, ‘Flying in Nuanced Colours’ arrives at Uncommon Holborn – a vibrant, immersive and large-scale series of installations, designed by renowned paper-sculptor, Pauline Loctin. Known for her captivating creations that breathe life into paper, the bespoke commission from Uncommon, will blend origami with multiple dimensions, merging traditional craft and contemporary art. Pauline’s colour choices for the installations of Chartreuse and Hot Pink were chosen specifically as two of the world’s happiest colours. Working exclusively with GF Smith paper, the project will champion the rich tapestry of creativity found within the busy capital city.

Visiting

The installation will be available to visit at Uncommon Holborn during the London Design Festival week (within hourly slots):

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 4pm - 7pm

Tuesday 4-6pm

Friday: 9am - 7pm

To enter, please collect a wristband from the Front Desk.
