End-of-year Slow Down & Reflect!
To sustain our work as trauma-informed educators, reflection is essential. Slowing down to reflect allows us to make meaning, ask questions, and refine our practice. Come to this month's workshop to carve out some reflection time for yourself as the year draws to a close.
This workshop will be a little different than my usual monthly gatherings: I'll talk a lot less (just a few minutes at the start), and then I'll walk everyone through a cycle of reflection prompts. Bring your notebook and pen or a blank document, get cozy with a cup of tea and your PJs: this is protected reflection time for you to consider the lessons of this school year and where you go from here. We'll do some optional sharing, and I'll end by giving some suggestions for your summer reading list and sharing what's on mine!
Join if you could benefit from some time to slow down and be with other equity-centered trauma-informed educators to make meaning and reflect.
My pay-what-you-can workshops are relaxed, interactive, and conversational. We take our learning seriously but we have fun too! This is a live workshop with no recording. See you there.
