Learn to ROLL YOUR OWN SUSHI and EAT ALL YOU MAKE.

Add some variety to your meals by making sushi at home. Our experienced instructors will lead you through every step of the process, providing you the skills to make the type of rolls you love as often as you like at a fraction of the cost of eating out.

This is a beginner's level class and no experience is necessary.  Observe, make notes, and ask questions as our sushi instructors prepare each recipe and share special tips and techniques of preparation. Then, it's your turn to try your hand at creating the sushi rolls with plenty of one-on-one guidance. Once you've gotten the hang of it, you're free to express yourself using traditional ingredients and flavors to create your own unique sushi roll. The result is a masterpiece you can proudly serve at home to family and guests. You'll leave with enough sushi to feed the family dinner and the skills to do it again and again.

Uncork & Create supplies all ingredients, supplies and cooking utensils for this class. Participants need only to purchase a ticket and show up ready to learn and have fun. Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a future event with 24 hours advanced notice. Attendees may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to each event. Events begin at scheduled start time and generally last for two hours.
