Join us for a morning of slow conscious movements and stretches led by Rehub followed by a talk on race-week nutrition and hydration by Adele Wong hosted by Strive.Co

Parking and Getting to the Store
- Parking is available at The Exchange, TRX Mall, not to be confused with The Exchange 106 (Office towers).
- We recommend entering the mall parking and parking at Pillar D.
- Once parked, you can take the lifts straight up to Level 2 to where our store is.
**IMPORTANT NOTES**
- You are required to bring your own yoga mats for the stretch portion of the event.
- Once registered, a QR code will be sent to your registered email. Please have it ready for check-in on event day.
