Iain Dale, broadcaster, author, editor, publisher and political commentator, will be speaking at the Underriver Village Hall on Sunday 20^th October at 6pm.

He will be talking about the 2024 UK General Election as well as his most recent book “British General Election Campaigns 1830 – 2019”.

Iain will be joined by three of the book’s contributors:

1. Tim Stanley who is a writer, historian, columnist and broadcaster as well as being born and brought up in Sevenoaks
2. David Walsh is a historian and solicitor working in the Lloyds Market in London
3. John Barnes is a constitutional and political historian who wrote a biography of Stanley Baldwin

Iain will also be selling some of his recently published books on the night which you can also have signed by him – maybe an early Christmas present? His books (and many others) are available at his online bookstore https://www.politicos.co.uk/.

The talk will start at 6pm.  Doors open at 5pm.
