Description
If you have been newly diagnosed with ADHD/ ADD, we'd love you to join us. During this new series of four workshops you’ll get to know other newly diagnosed people & share your experiences, as well as learning more about ADHD treatments and how to access support.

Each workshop is one hour long and makes use of breakout rooms & chat (via Zoom). There will be max of 25 participants.
Weds 13th March 7-8pm: Adjusting to your diagnosis - sharing experiences to move forwards
Weds 20th March 7-8pm: Telling others - friends, family, employers
Weds 27th March 7-8pm: Exploring treatment options and other approaches
Weds 3rd April 7-8pm: Getting support (including Access to Work funding)

About us
Sarah Bickers and Gordon Mundie were both diagnosed late with ADHD and have drawn on their experiences and expertise of delivering training and workshops within the NHS and beyond to develop this course.
Sarah Bickers is an ADHD coach, professional organiser and mentor and runs courses on ADHD for other professional organisers.
Gordon Mundie is an experienced counsellor, coach, group facilitator and trainer.

TECHNICAL LIMITS
Training is delivered using Zoom, with a link provided prior to each session. Please ensure you are pre-registered with Zoom. Please check your camera/ audio are working before the session starts. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Recordings will be deleted within a month.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All content and discussions during the workshop remain confidential within the group. Materials are all copyrighted and participants agree not to share any materials without written permission from Sarah Bickers and Gordon Mundie.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre-payment for the course constitutes an agreement for attendance at the dates/ times above. Refunds will be provided only under exceptional circumstances. If fewer than 18 people sign up for the workshop, the event will be cancelled. In this case you will be given a discount code allowing you to re-book for an alternative date, or if this is not possible your payment will be refunded.
