We offer free events several times a year, hosted by our current trainee cohorts and staff.
Our Psychology Cultures Seminars is a tri-annual event, co-produced with our trainee cohorts, where experts on a culturally significant or relevant area present and explore their topic to create social change and spark conversations.
Our Global Mental Health Event is an annual seminar and workshop, hosted by course staff, alongside guest speakers and experts by experience. Global Mental Health (GMH) is a topic that is concerned with addressing inequities in mental health provision across the globe. GMH argues for providing universal access to mental health care through the ‘scaling up’ of services and expertise in low and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Our Trainee Research Conference is hosted once a year by our graduating third years, allowing them to present and discuss the research they have undertaken during their doctorate, alongside guest speakers and workshop activities.
