Unitarians Wales Lay Worship Leader Training Day Sept 2026

Please accept this as a personal invitation to the Lay Worship Leaders Training Day available for those currently leading Unitarian worship in Wales, or would like to in the future. The free training will be delivered by the Unitarian College and includes lunch, generously funded by Unitarians Wales.

• Grounding – How do we stay rooted in Unitarianism and connected to our source?
• Changing Worship – How is our witness evolving, how do we meet new needs?
• Belonging – How can we build teamwork and a deeper sense of community?
• Growth – What pathways exist for training, courses, and paid roles?
• Challenges – What obstacles do we face?
• Sharing Strength – How can we pool resources and collegiality to keep improving?
