Women's Retreat with Dr. Pamela Gerali | The Dance of Ego and Essence

💃🏼 Join Dr. Pamela Gerali for an interactive one-day women’s retreat blending spiritual teaching, reflection, journaling, meditation, movement, ritual, and shared experience. Through three transformative movements – Release, Renewal, and Radiance – participants will explore the dance of Ego and Essence and discover greater freedom to live and express their divine nature.

Through this workshop, you will:
✨ Recognize Ego patterns rooted in fear and separation that limit authentic expression.
❣️ Explore how radical honesty and self-awareness reveal beliefs, stories, and patterns ready to be released.
🧳 Release old baggage and create space for healing, renewal, and greater freedom.
💪 Reclaim your innate spiritual powers and reconnect with the wisdom of Essence.
☀️ Radiate your divine nature through more authentic, empowered, and joyful choices and expression.

🫶 Dr. Pamela's intention is to help women release limiting patterns of Ego, renew their connection with their inner spiritual power, and radiate the truth of their divine Essence with greater freedom, authenticity, and joy.

🍱 Lunch will be provided.
