Once registered, you will receive a link to a preliminary survey to be completed and e-mailed prior to the workshop.

• Resources available from Unity Worldwide Ministries and the Great Lakes Unity Region to grow and develop membership
• Clarifying roles of board, minister and members, understanding how each is uniquely ac-countable for the growth and sustainability of our ministries
• Independent learning experiences as well as teambuilding exercises
• Tools to address and mediate conflict that naturally arises in times of change

Rev. Greg Coles is a member of the Unity Worldwide Ministries (UWM) Consulting Team and has been serving ministers, ministries and members as the Regional Representative for our Great Lakes Unity Region since 2018. Greg has been providing leadership for family, pastoral and program size ministries in Unity since 1991, was ordained in 2010, and retired from field ministry in 2019. Along with years of leadership experience Greg brings with him an open heart to serve. His training background includes UWM Peacemaking, Healthy Congregations, The Work of Byron Katie and Peace Mediation Skills from the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center.
