How do we view research failure and is its impact positive, or negative? This interactive session will explore with attendees:

  • What is meant by research failure? 
  • Is it normal?
  • What happens when findings don't align with expectations?
  • How openly is research failure discussed?
  • Are there benefits to research failure?
  • The emotional impact of research failure: What support is available within the research community?

This session will include a panel discussion, Q&A, audience discussion, networking and refreshment.
