A panel discussion on neurodivergence, intersectionality and the workplace, featuring speakers from various roles within the research ecosystem including researchers, professional services staff, technicians, PhD students, and senior lecturers. Speakers will share their lived experience of neurodivergence in a research-intensive university, focusing on issues of intersectionality, individualised reasonable adjustments, and the importance of recognising workplace adjustments as a dynamic process. This session aims to highlight the diversity and individuality of neurodivergence, and the need for flexible, person-centred approaches in creating an inclusive research culture.
