Ezra Carlson is a "pracademic" who believes in using evidence-based research as a force for good. He strives to combine knowledge and experience from his STEM, corporate business, and entrepreneurship backgrounds with his academic interests in corporate venture capital, entrepreneurship and social enterprises. Ezra has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership as a management consultant assisting large global multinational organisations with complex transformations, M&A, setting up new businesses, and innovation projects within multiple industries. In parallel with this, Ezra has started and grown three companies and is currently the co-founder of a UK MedTech. He has over a decade of experience serving as a non-executive director, trustee, governor, and other committee roles and is currently the chair of members for the Slough and East Berkshire Multi-Academy Trust. Ezra is a senior lecturer in Strategic Management at the University of Hertfordshire Business School, a visiting academic at Cranfield, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
