Staff Full Body Posture Session - On Campus

Description
Lucy or Charlotte will take you through a 30 minute posture session for the whole body.
This will include light mobility, activation and stretches to improve full body posture.
This session is in person, at The Edge, please report to reception when you arrive who will be able to direct you to the studio. Exercise kit is not required but we recommend you wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes, or take your shoes off for the session.
