Join us for this introduction to Calisthenics class. No previous experience is required; this is designed for beginners. Calisthenics is a form of strength training that utilises an individual's bodyweight as resistance to perform multi joint compound movements with little or no equipment. It relies on bodyweight for resistance which naturally adapts to an individual's unique physical attributes. This allows calisthenics exercises to be personalised and accessible for various body structures and age ranges.
