The International Collaborative for Translational Digital Health (ICDTH) is a collaboration between Universities of Manchester, Melbourne and Toronto. ICDTHs’ mission is to advance the field of Digital Health in the three countries and globally through the development, implementation, and translation of new technologies, policies, and service delivery models. The Health Services Research and Implementation Hub is one of four Hubs within the collaborative and its focus is on all things implementation in relation to digital technologies and techniques. Including how people are implementing technologies in practice, how we support adoption and scale-up within health services, and how do we develop and design technologies with health professionals, patients and end users so they are usable and implementable. We want to share expertise, knowledge and technologies across the three universities and their healthcare systems.
We will be holding a transcontinental launch
event for the Health Services Research and
Implementation Hub to highlight the direction we think we can
take this work and to identify your priorities and areas of interest. Half of
the session will include a focus on organisational readiness for technology and
a presentation from our guest speaker Dr Christoph Golz, from Bern University of Applied Sciences who will present on his research plans aimed
at understanding organisational readiness for AI.
