Get Started with the Library: Online welcome session for students with parental or caring responsibilities

This online session will held on Zoom and is for students who have parental or caring responsibilities and will give you an opportunity to meet our friendly Library staff. You will learn about:

• Library Search and access to online resources.

• Request Library books (click and collect style) to pick up at Library sites.

• Out of Hours and online Library support (Library Chat / email)

• My Learning Essentials resources, online drop-in support sessions and how to access support from our Teaching, Learning and Students team.

• Bookable study spaces – including our Parent / Carer space.

• IT Support – what they can help with and how to get in touch.

You are welcome to bring children or care recipients to these sessions.
