Dys is Me: how a dyspraxic person sees the world

‘Dys is Me’ is a ground-breaking new short film about dyspraxia, made by the award-winning Monkey Dawn Productions with the support of the Royal Society.

The film is an intense, emotional cinematic experience revealing what it feels like to live with dyspraxia.

A screening of the film will be followed by a talk by the producer, the director, and one of the stars of the film, who will explain why and how the film was made. You will be able to ask questions during a Q and A.

The session will finish with a short writing activity led by Dr Judith Gentle (University of Surrey), in which the audience will be invited to explore perceptions about movement.
