Summer 2 Day Writing Retreat
We all need time to write, whether we are working on a book, article, funding bid, or blog. In response to this need, writing retreats throughout the academic year have become a popular and important strand of the Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities' programme of events.
This summer Writing Retreat will take place at Stanmer House on Monday 30th June, and in Silverstone 302 on Tuesday 01st July, from 9.30am-4pm. You are welcome to come to both days or just one, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
**Please sign up before Wednesday 04th June for Day 1 at Stanmer House and Monday 16th June for Day 2 in Silverstone**
It will be an informal opportunity for faculty and PGRs to prioritise their writing and initiate a productive summer of research. Offering a flexible, unpressured approach to communal and/or individual writing, it is open to all career stages and types of research and affirms the Faculty’s commitment to supporting all faculty and PGRs with their writing.
