Brighton Spiegeltent, Old Steine Gardens, Brighton, BN1 1EH
Description
In honour of International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), the LGBTQ+ and TNB Staff Networks invite you to join us for a colourful evening on Friday 17 May, as followed:
6-7pm: We will meet at the The Ledward Centre in Brighton for a free and fully inclusive event that includes speakers, the Rainbow Chorus, a Q&A session, and a bar with light refreshments.
Please note that this event goes on until 9pm, therefore we will miss some of it.
7:30-8:15pm: We shall embark on The Butterfly Trail - London’s popular magical mixed reality and immersive art experience, which is taking place at Brighton Spiegeltent. Tickets for this event are free and are subject to availability, based on 1 ticket per person.
The LGBTQ+ and TNB Networks have paid for tickets for The Butterfly Trail from our Network budgets, so please keep this in mind when you register for a ticket. If you register for a ticket and cannot attend, please let us know by emailing: lgbt-staff@sussex.ac.uk.
Free tickets are available for LGBTQ+ and TNB Staff Networks only. If you would like to join this event but do not belong to a Network, you are more than welcome to book your own ticket and join us for the evening.
People are welcome to have a drink together afterwards. Please be aware that you will be expected to pay for any drinks or food you purchase throughout the evening.
We look forward to embarking on this magical journey with you.
