Event Aim:
This 1-hour workshop on Neurodivergence in the Workplace, is designed for everyone to get a greater understanding of Neurodiversity. With a focus on Neurodiversity as that is the speaker's, James Brown of the ADHD Adult podcast's, main area of expertise.
Event aims:
James Brown is one of the hosts of the ADHD Adults Podcast, Biomedical Scientist, consultant, author and public speaker. He will be presenting a session covering how Neurodiversity and work interact. How it can affect our work and to be aware of what advantages and disadvantages it can bring, to the workplace. He will also be covering some of the basics of what Neurodiversity is, some of the symptoms, and how it can be presented differently.
This session is aims and open to all staff as the goal to to help spread knowledge of Neurodiversity, begin conversations around it and raise awareness of the subject.
