Charley Watts, Founder of Charley Watts Health (Human Nutrition, BSc 2023)

Charley is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach. Since graduating with a First Class degree in Human Nutrition, she has explored roles in both corporate and freelance settings and is now building her own practice, helping busy women cut through the confusion surrounding food and movement to create healthier habits that last.

As a neurodivergent professional, she understands the challenges of navigating different career paths and starting a business. Her experience shows that careers in nutrition don’t always follow a straight line and that exploring different paths can be just as powerful as finding the “right” one.
