We invite you into a special prelude experience, an intimate journey of movement, breath, connection, and conscious presence before stepping into the energy of Upaya.

Hosted by Lisa Moley & Siobhain, SoulRise is designed as a space to soften, reconnect, and rise together through shared presence and conscious practices.

The Journey

The Opening
The experience begins at 2:15 PM with a gentle welcome and sharing circle, creating space to arrive, connect, and ground into the moment together.

Movement & Flow
Guests will be guided through a nourishing Pilates practice designed to awaken the body, release tension, build mindful strength, and cultivate embodied presence.

The Breath
A guided SOMA Breath journey focused on manifestation, clarity, emotional release, and alignment with your highest self.

The Guidance
To close the session, each participant will receive intuitive angel card guidance before transitioning into the celebration atmosphere of Upaya.

Included with your SoulRise experience:

• Full access to the SoulRise session from 2:15 PM – 4:00 PM
• Complimentary access to Upaya from 4:00 PM onwards

Upaya is a conscious alcohol-free gathering featuring a Boiler Room-style musical journey, intentional connection, ceremonial elixirs, and a community rooted in presence and shared experience.

This is more than a wellness session. It is a space to connect with like-minded people, create meaningful relationships, and experience movement, mindfulness, music, and community together.

Dress Code

Boho chic is ideal — think flowy, free-spirited, and earthy.

Note

Changing rooms will be available following the Pilates session.
