PSU classified workers have declared impasse, are signing strike pledges, weeks away from their earliest strike date, and still receiving a less than 1% pay raise over 4 years from PSU administration. Given record inflation this is effectively a pay cut. In many ways, this provocative wage offer mirrors the low-ball salary proposals from PCC administration, which triggered this year's PCC strike. 

The more of us that show our solidarity, the more we can support our union siblings in settling a fair contract, and put pressure on the statehouse to make good on Governor Kotek's commitment to double Oregon's public higher ed funding.
