UpLift Live 2025 Refund Policy

At UpLift Live, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our ticket policy accommodates your needs while also respecting the commitments and logistics involved in hosting our event.

Flexible Ticket Options:

UpLift Live offers a 'no questions asked' policy allowing you to switch your ticket between in-person attendance and live stream attendance, and vice versa. This flexibility is available provided the in-person conference is not sold out.

Refund Policy:

Should you need to cancel your ticket, UpLift Live is able to provide refunds, less a 10% deduction to cover our fees and costs. This option is available until the 31 December 2024.

After the 31/12/24, while refunds will not be available, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another person. This transfer will be your responsibility, including the sale of the ticket.
