Funded by Citizens Advice and delivered by UNLT Energy Champions on the topic of energy efficiency to frontline workers:

The session aims to empower frontline workers who might not normally engage with residents about energy efficiency, to provide some basic advice and also to know where to refer people for further advice and support.

The Energy Outreach Project frontline worker training covers:

• Information on how residents can save energy and money in their homes and how to stay warmer during the cold winter months

• Guidance on how to deliver the training to residents

Specifically...

Tailoring training - Focusing on the right information for the particular group/individual, building rapport

Information - Threshold for low-income families, temperature for homes, savings to be made through changes made at home
