This Halloween, don’t just dress like a zombie… dance like one!
On Friday 31st October, Writer’s Square will come alive (or undead!) with Belfast’s first ever public Thriller dance mob. Hundreds of people, one iconic routine, and you right in the middle of it all.

When you register, you’ll get access to the Thriller dance instruction videos in advance – so you can practice at home, teach your friends, or just have a laugh in the kitchen before the big day. Then, on the day itself, we’ll polish it all up together in a quick rehearsal before the performance.

Event Schedule:
🕒 3.00pm – Halloween warm-up with Q Radio
🎶 3.40pm – Group rehearsal (easy, fun, and full of laughs)
🧟 3.50pm – The BIG Thriller Dance Mob

Learn the Moves Your Way!

Don’t worry – you don’t need to be a professional dancer to join the mob. We want this to be fun and inclusive, so you can take part however suits you best:

• 🎶 Go full Thriller – learn the full routine start to finish.
• 🧟 Chorus only – just learn the iconic zombie chorus section. 
• 👻 Freestyle it – boogie, shuffle, zombie-walk, or just vibe along in your own way.

NB: All participants aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
