On Sunday, October 18th at 7PM, UrbanH2O Revival welcomes Barnaby Bright to Sugar Hill, Harlem. Recognized and featured by Amazon, The New York Times and Netflix for their outstanding musicianship and soaring three-part harmonies, you can be sure of an uplifting, spiritual experience. With only 45 seats (plus a few limited visibility seated and standing room only tickets), this show will sell out quickly. Per-Seat Donation is $25, a portion of which goes to support Resolve.org as they work to keep IVF legal, provide insurance coverage for infertility and turn the dream of family into reality.
All UrbanH2O shows are BYOB. Back Porch Smokers will be on hand with house made pastrami sliders, smoked fish plates, and vegan pulled 'pork' sliders on a CASH ONLY basis.

About Barnaby Bright
Not easily defined, Barnaby Bright is an alt-Americana trio with contemporary influences that reflect their geographical journey from Brooklyn to Nashville to Kansas, while calling on Nathan’s Oklahoma roots and distant relation to Merle Haggard. The band has accumulated a dedicated following that feeds on their ability to spin storytelling into sonic treasures- a BB show will take audiences on a ride through love songs, murder ballads and deeply moving, relatable themes. The most commonly uttered phrase at the end of a show seems to be, “that was a spiritual experience.”
Nathan’s virtuosic acoustic guitar & banjo playing and Becky’s effortless soaring vocals over the drone of the harmonium are pushing the boundaries of today’s indie folk landscape. The Kansas City based duo spent a decade touring and making records before recently adding Carmen Dieker to the band. The blend of their three part harmonies and Carmen’s haunting fiddle and violin-playing add an element to shows that fans of the band never knew they had been wanting.
Barnaby Bright received the grand prize at NYC’s prestigious Songwriter’s Circle, were elected to Amazon’s Top 100 Albums of the Year, and most recently their Christmas album was picked by the New York Times as one of the Top 20 Christmas Albums of the Year, with 5 of the songs being featured in the Netflix hit TV show, Sex/Life. While opening for illustrious acts such as Norah Jones and The Lumineers, Barnaby Bright continues to mesmerize audiences and convert new followers one show at a time while raising awareness of Kansas City’s diverse landscape.

UrbanH2O Revival is a new project by UrbanH2O Concerts and The Porch NYC founders Mark Miller and Beth Kaufman. Opening their warm, inviting carriage house venue since 2025 for intimate concerts featuring the best local and touring American Roots Artists. Back Porch Smokers will be on hand to provide tasty $10 snack plates, cash only. All UH2O Revival shows are BYOB.
