Tree-themed children’s yoga class - Exploring trees big and small with YogaPebbles

Join Lisa Greenough from Northampton-based YogaPebbles for an inclusive children’s yoga class. Take part in a tree adventure with fun warm-ups, balances, stretches, breathing exercises and a beautiful, guided tree relaxation. A great introduction to yoga! Activity starts at the Coach House.

Lisa is a trained SEN primary and ‘yoga for all’ teacher. She runs classes for children, teens, adults, and families across Northampton, specialising in yoga for individuals with additional learning needs. Follow her @yogapebbles.

Mats and other equipment will be provided. You will need to be dressed comfortably for the weather and have a water bottle. Please mention any additional learning needs or medical conditions before the start of class.

Suitable for preschoolers and all school-age children. (Younger children welcome with supervision).
