#Mapathon – help map urban tree cover across the UK

Take part in a citizen science project to map the UK’s urban tree cover

This is for anyone interested in participating in an online citizen science project to map tree cover across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Recommended age: 14+.

This online event will introduce the project and take participants step-by-step through how to get involved and measure the canopy cover in one of the outstanding electoral wards. By working together, we can complete the map during #urbantreefestival week
