About the Work

The sessions draw from Joanna Macy's renewed holistic framework, the Work that Reconnects, and the Council of all Beings ritual while incorporating elements from Social Presencing Theater (SPT), Theater of the Oppressed (TO), Dragon Dreaming (DD), and creates performative moments where you will give your voice to Mother Earth. Together, we create performances and events where we give voice to the message of other than human beings. In this way, we raise our awareness and generate dialogue about the state of affairs and the future of our world. It is a space to sense the potential of theater in creating a more caring world for all, by expressing and listening to and with nature. It wishes to be a transformative journey that fuses theater, ecology, and mindfulness. It draws from diverse methodologies, creating a holistic framework that nurtures creativity, deepens connections to nature, and equips participants with facilitation skills for impactful group processes.
