A transformative two-session online workshop, Exploring the "Rainbow of Desires," a process through which we delve deep into the interconnected voices and aspects of our lived experiences. Guided by theatre-based introspection techniques, this journey offers a safe and collaborative space to explore the spectrum of our dreams and desires as an embodied collective liberatory process. The lab is rooted in Theatre of the Oppressed and Social Presencing Theatre theatre for change methodologies. It allows participants to process and inquire into stories and lived experiences around life challenges, facilitating movement towards liberation, wholeness, and integration.
