All tickets purchased for the YONEX U.S. Open 2026 are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling changes, weather conditions, travel delays, or personal circumstances. USA Badminton reserves the right to modify the event schedule, seating arrangements, or tournament operations without prior notice. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to these terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is there designated seating for tickets?

A: No. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis within each ticket category (General Admission, Premium, or VIP).


Q: What time will doors open?

A: Doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the start of play on Tuesday through Thursday. Door opening times for the semifinals and finals will be announced at a later date.


Q: Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

A: Children ages 5 and under are admitted free with a paid adult General Admission ticket. For Premium and VIP seating, children who do not require their own seat and sit on a parent's lap may enter free of charge. Strollers are not permitted inside the venue.


Q: Am I allowed to bring a bag into the venue?

A: Small purses and bags are permitted and are subject to security inspection upon entry. Medical bags and diaper bags are allowed. Backpacks, camera bags, and large bags are prohibited. Please note that there are no lockers or storage facilities available at the venue.


Q: What benefits are included with a VIP ticket?

A: VIP ticket holders will receive:

  • Access to a dedicated VIP entry line during the semifinals and finals
  • Reserved access to the best seating areas, including first-row seating behind each competition court
  • Courtside seating opportunities during the semifinals and finals
  • Access to the VIP hospitality lounge with complimentary snacks and refreshments
  • Exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities with selected players on Saturday and Sunday (subject to player availability and final confirmation)

Additional VIP benefits may be announced closer to the event. No backstage access.


Q: Can I share my weekly pass with a friend if I cannot attend on a certain day?

A: Yes. Weekly passes may be used by different individuals on different days. Simply provide your friend with the QR code for the day you will not be attending. However, only one person may use the pass on any given day.


Q: Can I leave the venue and return later on the same day?

A: Yes. Guests who wish to re-enter the venue on the same day must obtain a re-entry stamp from ticketing staff before exiting the venue.


Q: Are ticket sales refundable?

A: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided except in the event of cancellation of the tournament.


Q: Will food and beverages be available for purchase?

A: Yes. Food and beverages will be available at the concessions located near the entrance. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for medical or dietary necessities.

A: Parking information, rates, and directions will be posted on the tournament website at https://usabadminton.org/yonex-us-open-2026/


Q: Am I allowed to bring a camera or record matches?

A: Professional cameras, video recording equipment, tripods, monopods, and cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Spectators are generally permitted to take non-flash photographs and short videos using their smartphones for personal use only.

Live streaming, broadcasting, or transmitting any match action through social media platforms or other online services is strictly prohibited at all times. Any individual found live streaming or otherwise violating this policy may have their ticket revoked without refund and may be removed from the venue.

USA Badminton reserves the right to determine what constitutes professional camera equipment and prohibited recording activities.


Q: Am I allowed to bring signs, banners, or flags into the venue?

A: Small signs, banners, and national flags are permitted provided they do not obstruct the view of other spectators, interfere with event operations, or contain offensive, commercial, political, or promotional content.

Large signs, oversized banners, flag poles, sticks, poles, or any item that may obstruct sightlines or create a safety concern are prohibited. Event staff may ask guests to remove, lower, or store any sign, banner, or flag that is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

USA Badminton reserves the right to determine whether a sign, banner, or flag complies with venue policies. Guests who fail to comply with staff instructions may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue without refund.

Seating access restrictions during matches

Due to the close proximity of spectator seating to the competition courts, guests will only be permitted to access or return to their seats during designated intervals and breaks in play.

Please follow all instructions from event staff and ushers. This policy is in place to minimize distractions for the athletes and officials while ensuring all spectators can enjoy an unobstructed view of the matches.
