Set on the morning of a Nigerian wedding, ẸBỌ (The Offering) is a sharp, funny, and deeply resonant one-woman theatre performance exploring the hidden cost of belonging and what happens when we stop performing for others and finally accept who we are.

When successful Lagos professional Simi Adeyinka-Cole discovers she has been moved from the bridal table to the outer circle at her best friend's wedding, a minor social slight triggers a reckoning with years of compromise, ambition, and self-erasure.

This 60-minute solo production bridges cultures from Lagos to the UK, ẸBỌ weaves a vibrant, Lagos-humoured story that examines the gap between who we are and who the world expects us to be.
