Using colour, creativity and self-expression, you will explore how colour can influence emotions, boost wellbeing and help you reconnect with your inner confidence and joy.

This workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space where you can relax, create and enjoy time for yourself.

What You Will Create

Create your own summer-inspired abstract mixed-media artwork using:

• Acrylic paints
• Watercolours
• Metallic colours
• Glow and neon pigments
• A variety of mixed-media techniques

All materials are provided, and you will take your finished artwork home.
